Mulligans: 

Mulligans is a downstairs bar on the Avenida.  It is identified as an Irish Bar, but don't be misled.  Up to 10pm, you will get the standard folksy Irish ballads, but after that, the band plays some of the best rock and roll you will hear.  During the request time, you should ask them to play Voodoo Child by Jimmy Hendricks.  The guitarist is simply brilliant.
