Purple Turtle: 

Just up the road from the Crowded House, the Purple Turtle is a family owned bar.  Keith, Sandra, Darren and Emma are great hosts, and will do everything they can to be sure you have a great evening.  They even serve kippers for breakfast!  Great for sports.  There is a great view of the ocean from the patio, and conveniently located for a beer as you are getting up the hill from the beach.
