The Teguise Market is open on Sunday, from 9am to 1pm.  You can buy just about anything there, but it is well worth the trip to Teguise during a weekday to see the interesting town layout, and some pretty historic buildings.  Don't miss the Castillo de Santa Barbara on the hill.
