Starlight Bar, Arrecife Grand Hotel: 

The Starlight Bar, at the top of the Grand Hotel in Arrecife is well worth the trip, even if only for the stunning views from the 17th floor of the highest building on the island.  Excellent food, great environment.  Expensive, but well worth it for the service alone.
